Plenum lecturers:
Poet James Richardson, professor (University of Princeton), novelist Niina Hakalahti, creative writing teacher (Viita-akatemia, Finland), novelist Rubén Abella, M.A., creative writing teacher (Escuela de Escritores, Spain)
Topics: ideas, experiences, methods, philosophy, pedagogics, results etc. concerning creativity, or teaching of writing.
Participants: anybody who teaches, makes program plans for writer’s schools, or works in other profession in the field of creativity, or writing; we welcome also scholars, writers, editors, critics, and students.
Meetings: opportunity for meetings in planning bilateral collaboration
Official Conference Language: English.

The Conference Fee for scholars and teachers:
The Conference Fee of 200 € includes participation in the conference, and 3-night-long lodging at the college (Friday to Monday) in a double room, and meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and gettogether on Friday evening),

The Conference Fee of 260 € includes participation in the conference, and 3-night-long lodging at the college (Friday to Monday) in a single room, and meals from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and gettogether on Friday evening),
or
The Conference Fee of 110 € includes only participation in the conference and gettogether on Friday evening, neither lodging nor meals.
The Conference Fee for students (reduction 20 %).
Travelling: Orivesi is located in the central Finland, 2 hours and 30 minutes by train from Helsinki, and 25 minutes by train from Tampere. Is is also possible to take an international flight to Tampere (via Helsinki) and continue by bus or train from the Tampere Railway Station.
